Horizontal honing machines with stroke lengths from 8 to 44 foot with bore diameters from 1 to 24 inches.
HONE TOOLS
Precision hone tooling with I.D. ranges from 1 to 30 inches. Hone head & driveshaft retrofit applications for any other manufacturers.
HONING OIL
Honing oil specially formulated for maximum stock & swarf removal yet retains fine surface finishes. Oils are available in 55 gallon drums or 375 gallon totes.
Honing oil concentrate available for international applications.
CONSUMABLES
Abrasive hone stones - Silicon Carbide (S/C), Aluminum Oxide (A/O), Vitrified Bonds, Resin Bond, CBN, and Diamond Metal Bond.
Aluminum Oxide Resin Cloth Closed Coat Cloth Rolls available in many sizes & grits.
